What does the $49 first visit include?
For new self pay patients, $49 covers the consultation, the examination, digital X-rays if they are clinically necessary, your first adjustment, and your first acupuncture and dry needling treatment. Does Medicare cover chiropractic in Sun City West?
Yes, for the adjustment. We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. Medicare covers the medically necessary chiropractic spinal adjustment only. Acupuncture and dry needling performed by a chiropractor are not covered by Medicare and are self pay. Decompression and X-rays ordered by a chiropractor are not covered by Medicare either.
