Adjustments, acupuncture, and dry needling are all done by the same doctor in the same visit, so one appointment covers your whole treatment plan.
How online scheduling works
The scheduler above walks you through four quick choices. First, tell us whether you are in an active care plan or coming in for maintenance. Next, choose how often you would like to come in and which days of the week work best. Then pick a time for each day, since each day can be different. Last, slide to choose how far ahead you want to book, from one month up to twelve. Add your name and phone number and tap Reserve My Visits. We hold your times the moment you reserve, and you can add every visit to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar in one tap.
How often should I come in?
Your visit schedule follows your treatment plan. Early in care, visits are usually closer together while the area calms down and motion comes back. As you improve, visits spread out. For maintenance, Dr. Legg recommends once a week, and you can choose what fits your routine. If you are not sure what fits, ask Dr. Legg at your next visit. Results vary from person to person.
Office hours
We are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Arizona time. The clinic is closed Friday through Sunday. Green times in the scheduler mark our shorter wait times, which is helpful if you are fitting a visit in around work or school.
Running late or need to change a visit?
Your appointment is a plan, not a hard line. If you are booked for the morning but cannot make it until the afternoon, come in any time we are open and we will see you. To move or cancel a visit, just call us at (623) 214-7600. There are no contracts and no penalty for changing a visit.
Keeping a card on file
A card on file is the easiest way to check out. You come in, get adjusted, and go, with no stop at the front desk. Your card is stored securely and charged only for the visits and services you approve, and you can update or remove it at any time. There is no charge to reserve a visit. You are only charged when you come in.
Using Medicare or insurance
Medicare covers medically necessary spinal adjustments. Medicare does not cover acupuncture or dry needling performed by a chiropractor, so those services are self pay for Medicare patients. This scheduler is for current patients. If this is your first time with us, book your first visit on our $49 first visit page. The $49 first visit is for new self pay patients only. Adjustment, acupuncture, and dry needling in one visit
Most offices send you to one provider for the joint and another for the muscle. Here, Dr. Legg does both. A visit can include a chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture, and dry needling, depending on your treatment plan. Dr. Legg is Certified in Acupuncture. Something new or worse since your last visit?
Tell Dr. Legg at the start of your visit if you have a new injury, a new area of pain, or a change in how you feel, so he can check it and adjust your treatment plan. If you were in a car accident or hurt at work since your last visit, mention that too, because it changes how the visit is billed. Severe pain after major trauma, new numbness or weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control needs urgent medical care first.
Between visits

Is scheduling a contract or commitment?
No. There are no contracts and no pressure. You can change or cancel any visit by calling us.

Do I pay anything to reserve my visits?
No. There is no charge to reserve. You are only charged when you come in.
